Over the past eight years, my career has been fueled by a deep curiosity for understanding people, enabling me to address intricate business challenges in sectors like automotive, outdoor recreation, healthcare, and government.

 

I have established research practices and contributed to research teams in various capacities, employing both qualitative and quantitative methods in UX Research, CX Research, Product Research, Market Research, and Creative Strategy.

 

Teaching Design Thinking at Wayne State University, I taught designers how to use research to find solutions in UX Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design, and Fashion Design.

 

My research experience has allowed me to implement substantial transformations and deliver meaningful solutions to over 30 products that benefit both businesses and users.
