The Future of RV'ing 

After identifying recurring challenges faced by RVers, I initiated a project to identify new opportunities for the product development team.

  • Performed user interviews to understand path to purchase, as well as the thoughts & emotions at different stages 

  • Discoveries led to further research (survey and additional interviews)

  • Presented insights to directors and product management - that helped guide product development strategies

Ford  | Spec Pod UX Redesign

At auto shows, spec pods are an important tool for  OEM's and visitors. Visitors can learn about a vehicle and request a brochure or a test drive.

  • Performed on site user research at Chicago Auto Show

  • Led UX research and collaborated with UX designer and distilled insights

  • Presented insights/research to clients, work was tentatively approved for redesign

Ford | SmartLabs Strategy

Seeking to reach customers where they already are, Ford sought to create a new and friendly approach to car shopping - one that enhances existing car dealerships, not replace them. 

  • Created overall brand strategy 

  • Researched personas to set overall direction for the customer experience (CX), brand values, brand personality, and brand voice

  • Worked alongside designers and Creative Director to maintain work on strategy

To continue innovating the customer experience, our UX team partnered with Ford on a series of user centered creative workshops.

  • Created and led workshop with clients

  • Interviewed stakeholders and users

  • Worked with UX team to refine creative concepts that would lead to successful brand goals and audience desires

  • Contributed creative concepts, ideation, and storyboards

S&C Electric | Micro Grid Table

S&C Electric are a well established electric company that ventured into Micro Grids. They asked Imagination's UX team to communicate to potential customers, the complexities of Micro Grids and demonstrate S&C's professional capabilities in the electrical sector within their headquarters, as well as at trade show events.

  • Set objectives for S&C's goals

  • Conceived a user centered workshop that focused on the different audiences at trade shows

  • Workshop helped win the account and led to further work

  • Led strategy to refine table for lead generation

Ford | Lobby Design Research
As Ford continued its campus transformation, our team was responsible for submitting concepts for the WHQ lobby redesign, including digital, spatial/interior, and content.
  • Performed space study & assessed how visitors and employees utilized space

  • Created actionable insights for UX and creative design teams

  • Contributed design suggestions that would deliver users needs in the space

  • Made suggestions how to achieve user desires whilst keeping clients business & financials goals
